AI is metered above an allowance
Every plan carries an allowance of model usage. Above it, usage is metered at cost plus a margin and shown per function, so you can see which ones you are actually paying for. Any function can be switched off.
Licensed sources are passed through
Most of the catalogue is public material we ingest ourselves. Where a publisher licenses its content, that licence is passed through as an entitlement at its own price — we do not resell it at a markup, and without it you still get the metadata and the link.
Residency is chosen, not assumed
Nimmy deploys as a self-contained image and can run in a chosen region. The pilot runs in Singapore. Where you need a specific jurisdiction, that is a decision to make before you start rather than a setting to change later.
